The Legs and core routine routine by LWhitey is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Start with legs day and then core training the day after and so on. The day after cardio is a rest day but if you skip the cardio do the legs day routine again instead. Will increase difficulty every month
