The MMA Supplement Complex routine by Dlpetey is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Perform each exercise using the same weight, one after the other without rest. Once the complex is complete, rest and repeat. Week 1: 4 circuits x 6 reps 90s rest Week 2: 4 circuits x 6 reps 75s rest Week 3: 4 circuits x 6 reps 60s rest Week 4: 4 circuits x 6 reps 45s rest Week 5: 5 circuits x 6 reps 90s rest Week 6: 5 circuits x 6 reps 75s rest etc.
