The Leg & Core Day routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
As you can see this is a leg and core routine. The idea is to do your upper body workouts on M-W-F while hitting the core and legs on Tue and Sat. Use Thur and Sun as your rest days. Follow this sequence for 4-8 weeks before transitioning to a new training plan. Your one goal - each week - is to increase the resistance slightly when you're able to perform more than the suggested repetitions. Each session begins with a few dynamic stretching movements.
