The 3 Day Full Body Plan routine by AngeloCabalquinto is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
It's been bugging me for a while that there are no really good 3 Day Full Body Routines so that's what this one is. I've done this program before and lost about 40 pounds doing it, and you're only going 3 times a week for about 40 to 50 minutes. You'll work out your muscles 3 times a week as well as 15 to 20 minutes of cardio after you're done. Feel free to use this and edit it as you see fit... This is just a basic guideline to what I've used before in the past.
