The Bodyweight Tabata Protocol routine by WallyD19 is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a high-intensity workout known as a Tabata. The idea is to go all out in this session, meaning 110%. After a warm-up on a cardio product for about 4-minutes, transition into your session. Each body weight exercise is performed for 20-seconds followed by 10-seconds of rest. Move quickly from one exercise to the next. There are 8 exercises and the total length of time is only 4-minutes.
