The Circuit Training Routine routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a beginner circuit plan geared towards beginners. The workout consists of cardio (bike) and dumbbell strength exercises. There are three circuits consisting of 2 rounds of three different exercises. Follow this plan twice-weekly for the next 4-weeks. Sessions are about an hour long including the cardio.
