The Full Body Strength Plan routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a 2-day, advanced, functional training program that incorporates your entire body. A functional strength training plan aims at replicating movements using all planes of motion. This type of program also targets basic movement patterns: Pull Push Hinge Squat Lunge Both of these sessions use six different exercises and each workout session should take about 60-minutes after you try it a few times. Each session includes 3-4 sets but instead of using repetitions - were using time based sets. Meaning, pump out as many reps. as you can in the desired time.
