The 5 Day Challenge routine by Michael062 is a 1 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Perform 150 reps of each exercise for 5 consecutive days. Aim to complete 25+ reps at a time, so adjust weight accordingly. It’s definitely a commitment, but I enjoyed (and hated) it. Let me know what you think.
