The The nightshift routine by kamilla.tallerud is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Fullbody circuit training, to get movement in during a slow nightshift. Made by me, whilst working as an RN on a slow unite. Note: The first circuit is a warm up. Start the interval timer pr exercise. Corrections: The Superman is supposed to be Reverse Snow Angles. The Downward Facing Dog is supposed to be Pike Shoulder Taps, 10 taps each shoulder.
