The Descending Pyramid routine by benchavez7530 is a 3 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Descending pyramid reps i.e. 1st set 8 reps 2nd set 10 reps 3rd set 12 reps 4th set 14 reps Weight gets lighter with each set. Only increase weight for progressive overload when reps are one more than the beginning range for all sets.
