The rix planet fitness gym routine routine by rixxir is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
I used jefit beginner as template, added exercises as needed based off what was available at my local gym (planet fitness). I tried to keep consistent with my workout schedule preferences (~1 hour, 5-6 days a week, cardio as extra time available, use stations/machines as available). I use the same workout template each day, and hit the exercises as machines and time allow.
