The CFYM Elite T2 routine by creatineforyourmind is a 6 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
CreatineForYourMind: Bodybuilding - CFYM Elite T2. This routine was designed for intermediate bodybuilders who want to build a lean, ripped and muscular aesthetic physique. It focuses on maintaining mass and strength while shaping muscle size, so use it after you've built muscle mass with the CFYM Elite T1 routine. You can also alternate between this routine and the CFYM Elite T1 routine an a weekly or Bi-weekly basis. I currently use a variation of this routine to maintain my current physique.
