The Yoga Flow v.1 routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.

Yoga movements are extremely beneficial in helping you “open up” your body. Regular sessions will improve flexibility & mobility by lengthening connective tissue. Yoga will also help release unwanted stress. When this happens, over time, your strength training will also benefit. - Definition of Flow - When you find yourself fully immersed in your yoga practice with a feeling of energized focus, you have entered what is commonly referred to as a “flow state.” This has been described as a very productive and creative state of mind. While in each of these yoga positions, focus on your breath and the way you feel while holding each posture. Keep all other unwanted thoughts from entering your mind. This is how yoga can become meditative. The goal is to get about 5 slow, deep breaths while holding each pose. Day 1 & Day 2 both contain 20 movements that you’ll be asked to “flow” through, again, focusing only on your breath during each pose. Each session ends with a restorative child pose. AAhhhh....
