The Owens Summer Workout Plan routine by outdoor_owen is a 5 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Monday : Biceps Tuesday: Chest / Back Wednesday: Triceps Thursday: Cardio Friday: Rest Saturday: SEAL DAY Sunday: Rest SEAL DAY: In order to become a Navy SEAL participants must pass through BUD’s (stages 1,2 and 3). In order to qualify for BUD’s and receive a SEAL contract civilians must pass the PST Test. This consists of the following.... (exercise, minimum standards, competitive standards) 500 Yard Swim - 12:30 - 8 (minutes) 10 Minute Rest Push Ups - 50 - 80 to 100 (2 minutes max) 2 Minutes Rest Sit Ups - 50 - 80 to 100 (2 minutes max) 2 Minutes Rest Pull Ups - 10 - 15 to 20 (can’t touch ground) 10 Minute Rest 1.5 Mile Run - 10:30 - 9 to 10 minutes Notes: Run MUST be in boots and pants Can NOT touch ground 500 yards = 460 meters (approximately) Swim must be Breast Stroke or Swimmers Combat Stroke Navy SEAL PST Standards PST Event Minimum Standards Competitive Standards 500 Yard Swim 12:30 8 Minutes Pushups 50 80-100 Sit-ups 50 80-100 Pull-ups 10 15-20 1.5 Mile Timed Run 10:30 9-10 Minutes
