The 5x5 Shoulders & Arms routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is an efficient, 2-day strength program that is perfect for adding size to your shoulders and arms using a proven 5x5 training format. Just make sure all of your exercises are performed with the heaviest weight you can handle, for only 5 repetitions, while using good form.
