The Big C beginner 4 Day Plan routine by jeredcbutler is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is your 3-4 day beginner plan. Some of his equipment I can’t remember if you had in your apartment gym but, if not let me know and I’ll replace it with some thing you can do. Use the first week to play around with the leaks in logged into the app then going into next year try to increase the weights by 5 pounds each week.
