The Bodyweight HIIT routine by coachingwithamour is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This beginner HIIT session includes 19 interval sets mixed between bouts of jumping rope. Each superset of cardio (jump roping) and an exercise will be about 2-minutes long. The routine begins with jumping rope followed by a series of bodyweight exercises. This is repeated for a series of rounds. The idea of HIIT is each work station is designed to go all-out!
