The Advanced Bulk routine by KandieLidiaHill is a 5 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This plan is designed for intermediate to advance individuals for the purpose of building muscle. Each exercise, with the exception of a few, should be performed within the 6-8 rep range. If you're able to perform more than 8 repetitions, you should increase the weight. Less weight + more reps = Toning More Weight + less reps = Bulking
