The Leg & Core Superset Blaster routine by somethingaboutjanie is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a fun, efficient workout that takes advantage of supersets. You will work four different leg and core exercises, with 3 rounds of supersets each.
