The Stress and Isolation routine by brett.sholtis is a 3 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Two day a week workout (each muscle group once a week) with increased focus on isolating muscle groups and performing each set to failure. A summer routine before we switch to a three-day-a-week-er later this fall when weather gets cold.
