The Fundamentals Program/Lower/Upper routine is a 4 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Jeff Nippard. You have the option of running back through the same program again for another 8 weeks or moving on to one of the other splits provided. After the 1-2 year mark of running these programs, you will likely want to graduate on to one of my Intermediate Programs.
