The Get Fit Supersets & Cardio routine by JefitTeam is a 5 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a full body, beginner level, interval session. It uses a 30-seconds of work followed by 30-seconds of rest format. This is repeated for 3 sets - all supersets.
