The Get Strong Program 3 routine by JefitTeam is a 5 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a 5-day, advanced, Get Strong Program, level 3. The routine can be used in a variety of ways. First, there are three bodyweight strength and two cardio sessions each week (for 2-4 weeks) that you need to be aware of. All sessions are about 15-minutes in length while each cardio workouts are 20-30 minutes long. Each session offers only bodyweight exercises that target the full body.
