The Full Body Workout routine by Mani24 is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Full body training plan with focus on muscle building. The 3 training sessions are completed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Before exercise, you can get warm on the treadmill for a few minutes, and before each exercise, you should do warm-up sets. After each workout you can add abdominal training and streching. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are available for 30-60 minutes cardio. Here you should move in the range of 60-80% of the maximum heart rate. (211 x 0,64 x age)
