How to Set up Body Stat Goals

  • Navigate to the profile tab and tap on your body weight. This pulls up a list of all your current body stats as last entered into the app.
  • If you would like to set a goal or update a stat tap the respective button at the bottom of the page.
  • After setting up your goals and current stats you’re able to view your progress toward these goals by tapping the bar chart on the left hand side.
  • After opening the chart page you can adjust the time frame you want to look closer at.
