This program will take you through a bodyweight circuit training session. The only equipment needed is a jump rope and stability ball. If you don't have access to this type of equipment, jump in place for the jumping rope intervals and do regular push-ups instead off push-ups off a stability ball.
The program also uses intervals for 35-second bouts in place of traditional repetitions. The goal is to perform as many repetitions in that time period using strict form.
There are 15 exercises that you will need to complete followed by a yoga stretch (child pose) to end your workout.
