Most lifters record every set, rep, and weight, but few actually see how those workouts spread across the body. BodyMap turns that data into a clear visual, showing which muscles you’re hitting most, which ones you’re missing, and how balanced your plan really is.
It’s not just tracking anymore — it’s understanding your progress.
Before Training
Use BodyMap as a quick “training checkup” before each session.
Open your routine to see which muscles and sub-muscles — like chest, traps, lats, quads, and hamstrings — are getting enough work and which ones aren’t.

💡 How to use it:
- In the Workout tab, open your Day Details page and tap the body icon in the top-right corner. View how your workout covers each major muscle group.
- Tap the BodyMap image or percentage to see detailed muscle distribution.
- Use the “+” button to add exercises and balance your training plan.
After Training

Once your session’s done, BodyMap shows your actual training distribution.
In your Workout Summary, you’ll see which muscles you worked most, and whether you really hit your intended targets.
See it. Find it. Train it.
BodyMap turns tracking into understanding, giving you a clear, visual picture of how your effort shapes your body.
Don’t just log your workouts — see them.
