The Strong, Sculpted Abs 2 routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is an intermediate, 2-day, abdominal routine (phase 2). You will start with a core warm-up consisting of 3 movements. Following this you'll move through a series of core exercise that will work your abs from every angle: flexion, rotation, lateral flexion, and stabilization. Workout #1 includes a total of 9 sets that you will need to complete once the warm-up is finished. Should take you about 24-minutes. Workout #2 is a similar sequence of exercises but the volume is increased. Rest 2-3 days between workout 1 & 2. This session should take you about 26-minutes to complete.
