The Toning Up with my Wife routine by prophtmicah is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
I made this routine for lifting with my wife. Her goals are just general toning and muscle building. We also picked exercises that would allow her to do more multi-group lifts, and utilize parts of the gym she doesn't normally to help with gym-timidaiton. The reps are adjusted to be more in line with my goals. The original rep/sets are - Wk 1 - 3(12) Wk 2 - 4(10) Wk 3 - 5(8) And repeat! Please comment or message - we're open to input!
