The Cardio Interval Repeats routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a 3-day beginner cardio interval program. The routine offers three unique treadmill cardio sessions that are all interval based after warm-up is completed. **NOTE: During all three cardio sessions - when it says to rest on the app - this means to go at a slow pace not STOP!! The idea is to go "all-out" during each cardio interval stage, followed by a slower pace for typically 30-60 seconds and then repeat.
