The Home Stretching Plan routine by snowrideralways is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This stretching routine can be done daily or on your "off" day. Both stretching and mobility work are an essential part of any good exercise program. Remember: Tight, stiff muscles and connective tissue are an accident waiting to happen! Focus on your breath as you relax into each stretch.
