This is my personalized workout plan that I've developed and refined over the past year and a half of lifting. I typically work out six days a week, but if I feel the need for an extra rest day, I don't hesitate to take one. Missing a workout doesn't bother me because I prioritize my body's well-being over any disappointment. However, I hope this workout plan serves you well! Feel free to modify it to your liking. If you're seeking inspiration, you can definitely use this as a starting point. Remember, the primary goal of going to the gym is to improve yourself and achieve your personal fitness objectives.
