The Mobility WOD routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a one-day mobility and stretching plan that can obviously be used more often during the week if needed. For best results, try using this routine on your off days when not lifting. Could also use it as a prep or warm-up prior to a strength training session. This mobility flow was designed to keep you moving smoothly through a series of 15 exercises.
