The Bro's Upper / Lower, PPL & A routine by Bobbyp12 is a 6 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
My favorite split. Heavy Upper and Lower, followed by a great Push, Pull, Legs, with an additional day for Arms, beacuse yeah. At the end of every session, shoot for 8 to 10 minutes of AMRAP. Trying to cut, so need that heart rate up,great finish to the quick pased routine.
