The Mother's Day Routine routine by JefitTeam is a 7 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a beginner workout routine for women. The main goal and focus is on fat loss and toning all the major muscle groups. The plan can be performed every other day until you reach the weekend. While performing this routine, focus on performing approximately 12 to 14 repetitions for each exercise or as many repetitions as you are able to do for the last set of each exercise. For those whose goal is to boost calorie burn, increase the amount of repetitions and lower the amount of weight being used in each set. Have fun with it and enjoy.
