This is an intermediate level, free weight and machine combo program that can be performed at any gym. Each session begins and ends with a cardio warm-up and cool-down for 5:00 - Following this, you will perform a series of exercises for 3 sets each. We added a rowing machine because it activates 85 percent of your muscle mass, making it an efficient warm-up for anyone. Feel free to substitute in your own cardio here!
