The Beach Body Challenge routine is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Hello - It is May and that mean another fitness challenge from Jefit. This time around we have a 1-day "Beach Body Challenge" for you. This particular program will target the abs and the rest of the core muscles. Make sure you're warmed-up prior to starting this workout session. You have 10 core exercise to complete with a minute rest between sets. Rest 48 hours between core workouts. The goal is to eliminate momentum during each repetition, let the abs perform the movement NOT momentum, A controlled tempo is better in this case, unless your an athlete.
