The Strong Body Program 1 routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a good program for you to choose if you’re new to strength training or coming back after a long layoff. There are 3-days that you can circulate through that include a few warmup sets using body weight only. This is followed by a series of 7 exercises.
