The K-Fit routine by kutnpaste is a 5 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
An all around workout that can be used to get in shape. Maintain lean muscle while burning off unnecessary fat. Go Monday-Friday and make sure to do a proper warm up and stretching routine prior to working out, followed by a cool down and stretching routine after the workout. Cardio is encouraged to be performed at least 3x a week.
