The Babs's Beginner Shred routine by Stealthygoddess2 is a 7 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This plan is not meant to shred a billion pounds, but more so to get you started on your journey. This has helped me in the past over a short and long period of time. The more time you put in this workout plan, the more you receive from it. It's your choice to go 6 weeks and be done or keep going on. Give your body time to see changes and feel your fitness levels go up. Give it 6 weeks to see your energy, power, flexibility, and endurance increase. Make sure to log any changes in body stats and weights lifted weekly. Stay hydrated and remember to warmup and cooldown. Use muscle cream if you need to.
