The Beaxst routine by TylerHolden is a 8 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
optimal range between 6-10 sets per muscle group each TB workout. Some are exercises that use a combo of more than one muscle group for efficiency. Two Core days to develop a strong core to help with certain exercises. With the amount of exercises it’s basically a mix of strength and cardio, making for a great bulking/staying lean plan.
