The A-B-C beginner routine by BrunoViecelli is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Start with a quick cardio warm-up ~10min up to your choise (try to vary in between days). I strongly recommend some streching before. Do the session and try to get some cardio after if you feel with the energy. Each day is composed by one big group and 2 small groups (except by leg day, which is slightly different)
