The Single Kettlebell Workout (Full Body) routine by tbattams is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a fun, efficient, 55-minute, full body workout designed to use only one piece of exercise equipment: a single kettlebell. As a result, the workout can be performed either at home or in the gym. The workout session includes a little bit of everything. It begins with and finishes with a set of bodyweight mountain climbers to warm-up your body. It’s used at the end as a metabolic conditioner. This is coupled with a kettlebell figure-8 movement for the core. You have a total of 11 different exercises and even a few supersets when you get to the middle of the workout. Have fun with it.
