The Copy of Full Body Training Plan (3-days) routine is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a great home or gym strength training program for beginners or even an intermediate level user. This is a phase 2 plan which is an off shoot of a previous program we built. There are three days of training for 6 weeks or depending what your needs are. This is a general strength and conditioning plan that should be followed up with more of a bulking program.
