The Beast Mode Strength Training (Dumbells only) routine by neil123m is a 5 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Equipment- Dumbells Its Push Pull Leg 5 day split (Dumbells only workout) for full body workout. This workout routine is for those who are not able to go the gym or cannot afford gym and wants to bulk / gain muscles badly. This routine focuses on heavy lifts of 3 sets with 8-10 reps with enough rest period. Please Note: The first 3 sets in all the workout days are the warmup sets. So the rest period is less and the reps are more. It has to be performed with around 50% of your 1 RM.
