The 3 Day Cutting Routine routine by ib_holdi is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This routine was developed after reviewing the existing routines and realizing that nothing exactly matched with my needs. It is intentionally a high volume of exercise with minimal rest. Abs are used as a warm up each day. Keep up a good pace and get more of a fat burn. Ensure that you use manageable weight to promote good form and completion of the entire routine. Move up as needed for a greater challenge. Good luck
