The The Beast Unleashed routine by KyleFoote is a 4 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is my personal workout based off workouts of Arnold and a few others I would not recommend this work out for any one with weak joints or any other health issues.I do this workout every week no full rest days my last sets are always close to my maxes but I only max on day 7 and I will be doing this for the next year to see were it gets me.
