The Calisthenics/Plyometrics program routine by aemoran is a 3 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve sport fitness goals.
This is a Arnold Split for Calisthenics & Strength training, the goal of this is to build muscle & strength while u get lean at the same time. It is important to note that while it seems like a 3 day split, it’s actually a 6 day split, this is mostly to make the illusion of a V-taper like body appearance while staying lean. It is also important to note that while it seems like a lot of exercises are included on the roster, it’s like that so you can choose which out of the many you can do because those are the best to do. Also so you train till failure & intensity.
