The Pitt force advance routine by I believe in fitness is a 7 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Pitt force 1x 10-20 reps Between each reps a short break of 1 - 15 seconds. A set will be done with approximate 80 % of your regular set. Enjoy and watch yourself growing in higher levels ?
