The Compound exercise workout plan routine is a 6 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This 5 day split routine consists of chest,shoulders,back,arms, legs, Abs and cardio training. Cardio (day 6) has to do two times in a week. The goal of this routine is to gain maximum amount of muscle while keeping fat gain at minimum. Don't forget to eat clean and right macro's.
